About Dilraf
A small senior team that ships.
Founded in 2019. We help startups and growing businesses design, build, and release mobile and web products.
Founder story
Farhan Ullah started Dilraf in 2019 after years of shipping mobile products for startups — real estate, mobility, agriculture, and communications apps that had to pass App Store and Google Play review, not just demo well.
The goal was simple: a senior team in Pakistan that founders could treat like an in-house product squad — scoped honestly, built with QA from day one, and accountable through release.
Today Dilraf stays deliberately small. We take on a limited number of engagements so engineers who scope the work are the same people who ship it.
How we work
The same four-step process on every engagement.
Step 1
Discover
Clarify users, must-have flows, platforms, and what success looks like.
Step 2
Design + build
Ship weekly builds with shared UI, API contracts, and QA checkpoints.
Step 3
QA & release
Device testing, store compliance, and a clean handoff to production.
Step 4
Support
Post-launch fixes, monitoring, and the next milestone on your roadmap.
What we believe
Ship, then iterate
Weekly builds beat big-bang launches — we get working software in your hands early.
Seniors stay hands-on
The people who scope the work write the code and sign off on QA.
QA is not optional
Every release gets device testing and regression checks before it hits users.
Where we are and how we engage
We are based in Pakistan with overlap for North American and European business hours. Most clients work with us through Slack, Jira, and GitHub with weekly build demos.
Engagements are typically fixed-scope MVPs, dedicated engineering pods, or QA retainers — scoped after a 20-minute call and confirmed in a written plan.
